MF5200 Series Oxygen Mass Flow Meter
The MF5200 series oxygen mass flow meter is specifically designed for oxygen metering at floors and departments in hospital central oxygen supply systems. This oxygen mass flow meter features a detachable display, an RS485 network communication interface, and user-defined alarm functions to better enable network transmission and flow monitoring. The MF5212 and MF5219 can measure gas flow rates of 0~300 SLPM and 0~800 SLPM, respectively.
