MF5200 SeriesOxygen Mass Flow Meteris specifically designed for oxygen metering at floors and departments in hospital central oxygen supply systems. This oxygen mass flow meter features a detachable display, RS485 network communication interface, and user-defined alarm functions for better network transmission and flow monitoring. MF5212 and MF5219 can measure gas flow rates of 0~300 SLPM and 0~800 SLPM respectively.
