Présentation du produit

1. SemiconductorCapteur d'alcoolTGS822 Description

The gas-sensing element of Figaro gas sensors uses tin dioxide (SnO2), which has low conductivity in clean air. When a target gas is present, the sensor's conductivity increases with the gas concentration in the air. Simple circuits can be used to convert the change in conductivity into an output signal corresponding to the gas concentration.TGS822 SensorHigh sensitivity to alcohol and organic solvents, widely used in alcohol detectors and other applications. With similar characteristicsTGS823, featuring a ceramic base, can be used in high-temperature atmospheres up to 200°C.

2. Features of Semiconductor Alcohol Sensor TGS822:

・High sensitivity to organic solvents such as ethanol
・Excellent long-term stability
・Long lifespan, low cost
・Can be used with simple circuits

3. Applications of Semiconductor Alcohol Sensor TGS822:

・Alcohol detectors

・Organic solvent detection in factories, dry cleaners, and the semiconductor industry

4. Sensitivity Characteristics of Semiconductor Alcohol Sensor TGS822

The figure below shows typical sensitivity characteristics, all obtained under standard test conditions.
The vertical axis represents the sensor resistance ratio (Rs/Ro), with Rs and Ro defined as follows:
Rs = Resistance value in gas of different concentrations
Ro = Resistance value in 300ppm ethanol
