La série SMTIR99XX est basée sur des capteurs infrarouges en silicium à thermopile. The SMTIR99XX series is based on thermopile siliconInfrared sensorInfrared sensors can be used for non-contact temperature measurement. Since infrared radiation characteristics are related to temperature, filters can be used to measure different temperature ranges. Mature semiconductor processes can reduce costs while miniaturizing the device. To meet certain applications, the opening angle of the infrared sensor can be designed to be less than 7°.
Based on the Seebeck effect, the temperature difference can be calculated from the analog output obtained by the infrared sensor. The SMT9902 has a built-in temperature sensor that can measure the temperature of its own cold junction, thereby calculating the temperature of the measured object. The sensor itself operates at -40 to 100°C. It uses a TO05 package.
