Built-in Freon Alarm for Units - SKA/NE-301(R 134 a)
Mainstream adoptionNDIR non-dispersive infrared sensor(Most commonly used industrial fixed type): Freon absorbs infrared light at a specific wavelength, and the sensor detects changes in light intensity to convert it into gas concentration, with high accuracy, resistance to water vapor, and long service life;
Product Introduction
Built-in Freon Alarm for Units
The built-in Freon alarm for units features an embedded integrated design and can be directly installed inside central air-conditioning units, cold storage main units, and industrial refrigeration units, enabling integrated equipment monitoring, which is different from traditional external independently installed equipment. Traditional external alarms are cumbersome to install, have exposed wiring, operate separately from the equipment, have poor overall integration, and are easily damaged by external forces. In addition, their monitoring points are far from the core leakage areas of the unit, resulting in insufficient monitoring accuracy. This device adopts a mini embedded structure, and its size fits the reserved installation positions of various standard refrigeration units. It can be directly built in and integrated, becoming one with the unit, with neat installation, concealed wiring, resistance to damage, and an attractive, durable design. The sensor is close to high-frequency leakage points such as core seals and pipeline interfaces of the unit, providing shorter monitoring distance, higher precision, and faster response, and can capture微小 leaks inside the unit at the first opportunity. The device is suitable for the high-temperature, slightly vibrating, and enclosed working conditions inside the unit, resisting interference from unit operation.24-hour real-time monitoring of Freon concentration inside the unit. When levels exceed the limit, it immediately alarms and can directly connect to the unit control system to achieve automatic leakage protection and fault shutdown. It is suitable for supporting installation of various new refrigeration units and for upgrading old units, enabling integrated intelligent safety monitoring of refrigeration equipment.
