UK Calex Electronics Ltd Infrared Temperature Sensor PyroBus PyroCAN - PyroCouple PyroEpsilon
Suitable for non-contact temperature measurement on most non-reflective non-metallic surfaces, such as paper, thick plastic, asphalt, painted surfaces, food, rubber, and organic materials.
Product Introduction
1. UK Calex Electronics LtdInfrared Temperature Sensor PyroCouple,PyroEpsilon,PyroBus,PyroCANDescription:
PyroCouple is a compact infrared temperature sensor with optional analog output. No complex setup; simply connect to a temperature indicator and power supply, and start measuring immediately.
Temperature measurement range: -20°C ~ 500°C
• Suitable for non-contact temperature measurement on most non-reflective non-metallic surfaces, such as paper, thick plastic, asphalt, painted surfaces, food, rubber, and organic materials.
• Analog output options for temperature measurement: two-wire 4-20 mA, four-wire 0-50 mV, four-wire K, J, or T thermocouple types.
• Additional sensor body temperature output on four-wire models: indicates the air temperature around the sensor, helping to prevent overheating or overcooling.
PyroEpsilon is a compact sensor with adjustable emissivity setting. It is suitable for partially reflective targets.
Temperature measurement range: 20°C ~ 500°C
• Two-wire 4-20 mA output
• Emissivity adjustable via a separate two-wire 4-20 mA output.
• Continuously adjust emissivity in process using a variable 4-20 mA supply
• Manually set emissivity with the PyroTune emissivity adjuster
• If unsure about the target's emissivity, choose PyroEpsilon instead of PyroCouple.
PyroBus is a networkable, fully configurable sensor using RS485 Modbus RTU communication.
• Temperature measurement range: 20°C ~ 500°C
• Up to 247 sensors can be connected on a single network.
• Adjustable emissivity setting, suitable for various materials
• Averaging function smooths temperature output
• Peak and valley hold processing for objects on a conveyor belt
• Reflected energy compensation for accurate measurement of objects in ovens or coolers from outside
• Optional 6-channel touchscreen terminal for local display, configuration, and data logging
• Connect sensors and 6-channel terminal directly to existing RS485 Modbus systems
PyroCAN is a sensor with CAN communication.
• Temperature measurement range: 20°C ~ 1000°C
• Raw CAN communication
• Adjustable emissivity setting for measuring various materials
• Suitable for vehicle temperature monitoring and other applications.
• Compliant with EMC standard EN13309:2010
