1. Continuous Level Sensor UL-1000 /2000/3000 Product Description:

Sealed, corrosion-resistant PVC housing (standard), 316 stainless steel, Teflon, or Kynar. All are intrinsically safe; one model uses a 316 stainless steel housing certified for Groups A, B, C & D, Class I hazardous environments. The sensor is connected to the controller via coaxial cable and can be remotely installed up to hundreds of feet away.

The sensor is installed above the highest liquid level in the tank and must not come into contact with the liquid. The monitor emits ultrasonic signals directly to the monitored surface and measures the time for the reflected echo to return. This time is converted into the depth or level of the liquid in the tank, ensuring accurate measurement over the entire range.

Used for continuous monitoring (sensing) and display of liquid, slurry, or solid level, depth, or volume in tanks. The basic difference between models is the tank height.

Optional Outputs: 4-20 mA current output into 400 ohms, 1-5 VDC output, RS232C computer interface output.
