AquaTuff 35135Comes with a foldable bell-shaped flat temperature probe. When temperature accuracy is your concern, this product is your choice. The patented heavy-duty probe cable is reinforced with aramid fiber and neatly folded into the instrument with an iron cord. The bell-shaped flat probe is suitable for measuring any horizontal surface. The bell shape ensures better contact with flat surfaces. It is the ideal temperature measurement tool for frying and baking pans. For any flat surface measurement, we recommend dipping the probe tip in a little oil to enhance heat conduction.
