AquaTuff 35235With foldable bell-shaped flat temperature probe. When temperature accuracy is your concern, this product is your choice. The patented heavy-duty probe wire is reinforced with aramid fiber and neatly folded into the instrument with a steel cord. The bell-shaped flat probe is suitable for measuring any level of product. The bell shape allows better contact with flat surfaces. It is an ideal temperature measurement tool for frying and baking pans. For any flat surface measurement, we recommend dipping the probe tip in a little oil to increase heat conduction.
