The comprehensive system accuracy ensures that the instrument and temperature probe provide highly accurate temperature detection. Instrument/probe accuracy up to±0.5°and the probe can be replaced in the field without recalibration. The patented heavy-duty probe cable is reinforced with aramid fiber and neatly folded into the instrument with a steel cord. The micro-needle probe provides fast response and low error. Ideal for measuring thin food products and semi-fluid products.
