Product Introduction

The general-purpose digital-to-analog converter chip MS5224D is a 12-bit, four-channel output voltage-type DAC with a three-wire serial interface compatible with TMS320, SPI, QSPI, and Microwire serial ports. Data is 16 bits, including control bytes and 12-bit DAC data. The MS5224D operates over a power supply range of 2.7V to 5.5V. It integrates an internal resistor string divider output connected to a class AB output, rail-to-rail buffer with 6dB gain amplification. The output buffer improves stability and reduces settling time.

The MS5224D is available in a DFN12 package.
