Product Description

MS2510 is8bit,20MSPSADC (ADCs),using a half-flash architecture.MS2510operating at5Vsupply voltage, typical power consumption is only130mW, includes an internal sample-and-hold circuit, withhigh-impedance parallel output port and internal reference resistors.Compared to flash converters (flash converters), the half-flash architecture reduces power consumption and die size. By implementing conversion in a2step process (2-step process), the number of comparators is greatly reduced. Conversion data latency is2.5clock cycles.

MS2510There are two operating modes. Mode 1 uses3internal reference resistors connected toVDDAto produce a standard2V(5VDD)/1.3V(3.3VDD)full-scale conversion range. To implement this option, only an external jumper is needed. Mode 2 uses the internalresistor network to produce a standard4Vfull-scale conversion range. This reduces the need for external references or resistors. Differential linearity at25°C is0.5LSB, and the maximum over the full operating temperature range is0.75LSB. Dynamic performance can be specified with differential gain1%and differentialphase of0.7%.MS2510 Operating temperature range is from-20°C to75℃。
