1. Description of Honeywell Photoelectric Liquid Level Switch LLE Series Replacement:
Honeywell recently announced the discontinuation of its standard temperature level sensor LLE series: LLE101000, LLE102000, LLE103000, LLE105000, etc.
SST has over 10 years of experience as an OEM manufacturer for Honeywell sensors. Given this, we are capable of providing low-cost direct replacements for these Honeywell sensors.
The main difference between the discontinued sensors and SST replacements is the shape of the top of the housing; the former uses a semicircular shape while the latter uses a conical shape. The conical shape was chosen because we found it improves the overall reliability of the sensor. All thread sizes and other critical dimensions remain unchanged. Additionally, for specific models, the bottom dimensions of our sensors are slightly longer than Honeywell's.
