Product Introduction
The iML7278 is a 13-channel high-voltage level shifter application. This device provides a compressed logic that outputs signals from several input signals provided by the timing controller (TCON) to high-level signals used by the display panel. This output swings from 45V to -20V, with high slew rate and high current drive capability, suitable for any type of GOP/GIP/GOA panel. The device also features thermal protection.
The iML7278 comes in a 32-pin thin QFN package with a maximum thickness of 0.8mm, suitable for ultra-thin LCD panels.
