Renesas Temperature and Humidity Sensor HS3003 Description:
The HS300X series is a high-precision, IIC interface, digital output temperature and humidity sensor designed by IDT Renesas. The MEMS sensor is protected by professional design to ensure high reliability and long-term stability. The sensor is small in size and widely used in environmental monitoring systems, industrial automation, and medical equipment.
Working Principle
The temperature and humidity sensor combines a capacitive humidity sensor and a resistive temperature sensor. It converts physical changes in temperature and humidity into regular digital signals through an amplifier, A/D converter, OTP memory, and digital processing unit, and outputs them via a communication interface.
