Compared to other high-performance photoelectric level switches, the ELS-1150 is 50% smaller in size, measuring only 1.38" (35 mm) in length. The ELS-1150 features an integrated microprocessor, enabling a wider range of applications, including inputs, outputs, and relay outputs. The prism is welded to a carbon steel or stainless steel housing, providing a pressure rating of 2500 psi (172 bar). The FM and EP models of the ELS-1150 series offer a wider voltage range (ELS-1150XP). The use of solid-state relays allows this sensor to maintain a price advantage despite its carbon steel or stainless steel housing. Its compact size makes it particularly suitable for small, pressurized vessels in HVAC, air conditioning, or hydraulic equipment. This sensor is a versatile product for high, medium, and low level monitoring.

The ELS-1150SS is a stainless steel photoelectric level switch on the market with excellent corrosion resistance, suitable for acids, solvents, electrolyzed water, and other applications. The high-temperature version can reach temperatures up to 257°F (125°C).
