I. Description of Economical Spectrum Analyzers AT5000/AT6000 Series:
The AT5000/AT6000 series are economical spectrum analyzers with frequency coverage from 500MHz to 1GHz, and can be equipped with a tracking signal generator. They are widely used in electronic manufacturing, R&D design, RF teaching, maintenance, installation, and related fields. They can test spectrum parameters such as signal frequency, amplitude, signal distortion, modulation degree, spectral purity, frequency stability, and intermodulation distortion.
