Each full-bridge drive current at36Vsupply can operate up to1.2A。MS3999integratedfixed off-timePWMcurrent regulator; in addition, the chip also integrates a four-channel8bitofDAC(Digital-to-AnalogConverter) to achieve digital control of the driver's channel current; through the digitalI2Cinterface toDACinput programming,can achieve256 micro-stepping motor drive.PWM The current regulator uses a mixed decay mode to reduce audiomotor noise, improve stepping accuracy, and reduce power consumption. The chip also has an internal synchronous rectification control circuit to reducePWMpower consumption during operation.The chip's integrated protection circuits include thermal shutdown hysteresis, undervoltage lockout protection (UVLO), and reverse current protection, sono specific power-up sequence is required.MS3999 adoptsTQFP48package.
