I. Applications of fixed ultraviolet floodlights:
1. Ultraviolet floodlights are mainly used for UV curing materials and cleaning monitoring or inspection. UV curing replaces traditional coatings, adhesives, and printing processes more efficiently and environmentally friendly.
2. Simulation of natural light: Use UV black light to simulate natural light, accelerate the aging of materials and equipment, and predict the properties of aging-prone materials under natural exposure. Used for artificially accelerated aging of materials, photovoltaic cell testing, photobiology, and vitamin D synthesis for human and animal health.
3. Animal ringworm inspection: Inspect infected animals under UV black light, which will reveal fluorescent yellow/green glowing hair indicating the presence of fungi.
4. Identifying antique authenticity: Many modern pigments contain phosphorus, which glows under UV light, while most ancient pigments do not contain phosphorus.
5. SmartWater monitoring: SmartWater is invisible under normal light but is active and flowing under UV black light. It is a specially formulated liquid with a unique molecular footprint used for security, engineering, and brand protection applications.
