Description of the Reference Radiometer MUV 2.4 WR with DVGW and/or ONORM Sensors
The UV measuring device MUV2.4WR designed according to DVGW/ONORM serves as a reference measurement unit, set up for the inspection of UV systems used for drinking water disinfection. Based on comparative measurements between field sensors and reference sensors, it can be determined whether field sensors need recalibration or exchange.
The closed, robust metal housing protects the unit from external hazards and ensures IP65 protection. The device operates on rechargeable batteries, features a backlit LCD display, automatic range switching, and is easily controlled with just 3 buttons. Battery charging and power supply can be done via a wall adapter, and a printer or computer can also be connected. This measuring device comes in a transport case.
