1. These instructions apply to the intelligent constant voltage residual chlorine series electrodes. Please read this manual carefully before use.
2. The sensor platinum ring is a consumable item and cannot be repaired once damaged.
3. Before opening the packaging, please check if the packaging is damaged. If the outer packaging is damaged, do not continue to open it. Please contact the sales company, the nearest authorized distributor, or
Contact us directly. After the transport representative arrives, jointly open the packaging to inspect whether the electrode is damaged. It is recommended to take photos as evidence.
4. If the outer packaging is intact but the electrode is damaged, please contact the sales company, the nearest authorized distributor, or contact us directly, and return the electrode in its original packaging.
5. If there are air bubbles at the platinum ring sensing area, it may cause inaccurate or fluctuating measurement values.
6. During measurement, if there is dirt, adhesion, or scaling on the platinum ring, it may cause inaccurate or fluctuating measurement values. It should be cleaned and calibrated promptly.
7. Note: When reading register data, do not read more than 20 registers consecutively. Reading or writing data to unlisted address registers is prohibited.
