The MS3791 is a pre-driver chip for three-phase brushless motors,with a maximumoperatingvoltage of up to 35V, suitable for driving a wide range of N-channel power MOSFETs.The chip features stall protection, over-temperature protection, and synchronous rectification.Internal synchronous rectification allows the chip to reduce power consumption by turning on the appropriatepower transistors during the decay period.The MS3791 provides enable, direction, and brake input pins for current control. The logicinput pins FG1 and FG2 can be used to measure motor rotation.The chip operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C and is available in a 28-pin QFN package.
