Product Introduction

1. Flame sensor for gas burnersUV1,UV2Introduction:

Flame detection in burners is generally performed by sensors that detect the presence of a flame through electrical signals, and such sensors can be used by ignition devices and control equipment.
UV photocells operate on the principle of ultraviolet radiation emitted by flame light and are highly suitable for applications using different fuels, such as liquid or gaseous fuels.

2. Flame sensors UV1, UV2 for gas burnersFeatures:
This sensor is suitable for detecting flames in gas or mixed fuel (gas and oil) burners.

The UV photocell consists of a gas-filled glass bulb containing two suitably shaped electrodes.

When AC power is supplied to the electrodes, if ultraviolet electromagnetic radiation (190~290nm) strikes the photocell, the negatively biased electrode emits and the positively biased electrode...
Electrons captured by the electrode will begin to ionize, producing a discharge phenomenon and generating an electric current.
Currently, three models of photocells are available: UV1, UV2, and UV3, which will be further described below.
UV2 describes its characteristics and dimensions and other related information.

Photocell UV1
The UV1 photocell is available in two sensitivity options:

Photocell UV2
The UV2 photocell is smaller than the UV1 (with smaller length and housing diameter).
The standard cable length is 655 mm, but longer cables are available from the factory:

PhotocellUV3

The difference between UV3 and UV1 lies in the housing length and the surface treatment of the housing and side window.
The former has a chrome-plated outer shell:
The UV3 photocell body has no wires; wires are provided as accessories.
