Product Introduction

The T117 series is a digital-analog mixed-signal temperature sensor chip with high measurement accuracy of ±0.1°C, requiring no user calibration. The temperature sensing principle is based on the relationship between CMOS semiconductor PN junction temperature and bandgap voltage. After small-signal amplification, analog-to-digital conversion, and digital calibration compensation, the digital bus outputs with high accuracy, good consistency, fast temperature measurement, low power consumption, flexible programmable configuration, and long lifespan.
The chip has a built-in 16-bit ADC with a resolution of 0.004°C and an ultra-wide operating range from -103°C to +153°C. The chip is 100% tested and calibrated before leaving the factory, with calibration coefficients fitted based on temperature error characteristics, and internal automatic compensation calculation. The chip supports digital I2C communication interface, temperature data memory access, and function configuration through digital protocol commands. The I2C interface is suitable for high-speed board-level applications, with a maximum interface speed of 2MHz.

The chip has a built-in non-volatile E2PROM storage unit for saving chip ID, high and low temperature alarm thresholds, temperature calibration correction values, and user-defined information such as sensor node numbers and location information. The chip also has an ALERT alarm indication pin for easy expansion of hardware alarm applications.
