Product Introduction
1. Dust concentration measuring instrumentSL-DM3000Description:
SL-DM3000 can be simply installed on dust collectors or bag filters without calibration and meets 'plug and play' requirements. The reliable sensor probe is installed at the outlet of the dust collector's flue gas duct. When dust particles pass near the probe, a weak charge signal is induced by the probe and transmitted to the control unit through a special coaxial cable. After processing by the control unit, this signal outputs an absolute value linearly proportional to the mass concentration of particles, displaying the particle concentration value or alarm locally, and providing a 4-20mA output.
In practical applications, to avoid the influence of conductive dust, condensate oil mist, or water mist on measurement signals, we provide proprietary probe protection technology to ensure the probe works normally under these harsh conditions. The sensor probe requires no air purge and is wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant.

LCD bar graph indication
A bar graph displays a linear scale of particle leakage level in real time. When the particle concentration exceeds the preset pre-alarm and alarm points, the 'Alarm' and 'Pre-alarm' signals will light up. When readings change too quickly, a small segment of the bar graph will be displayed at the highest point for operator convenience.
Alarm and signal output
During normal operation of a dust collector, two different particle emission levels typically occur: a lower emission level and a higher emission level. When the dust collector operates normally for dust removal, the emission is at a lower baseline emission level (the emission level during most of the dust collector's operating time). When the pulse dust collector performs reverse pulse cleaning, a higher emission level usually occurs.
SL-DM3000 allows users to set alarm points. When the baseline low emission level increases, or when high emissions occur during reverse pulse cleaning of the dust collector, or both, users can set a delay time (0-60 seconds) via the keyboard to avoid false alarm signals, while outputting
4-20mA signal transmitted to the monitoring room for remote monitoring.
