I. Description of LG01 Series Flow Switch Sensor

LG01 SeriesFlow Switch SensorDetects ultra-low liquid flow or the presence of air in fluid systems, making them more reliable. It can measure tiny flow rates as low as milliliters per minute or even lower. The sensor's output signal of 0 or 5 indicates whether the current flow is above or below the set switch value. When the flow rate is greater than the set value or when there are bubbles in the airway, the sensor output is consistent. The LG01 liquid flow sensor is based on a non-invasive measurement principle, detecting the current fluid condition through the wall of an internal glass capillary. Therefore, this sensor offers excellent biocompatibility and chemical resistance. The liquid flow detector can measure with a response time of less than 100 milliseconds.

• Standard set switch values: 4.5 mL/min or 0.25 mL/min (for H2O)

• Air/bubble detection enabled

• Fluid connection: OD 1/8" (3.2 mm) with 1/4-28 standard fittings or 1/6" (1.6 mm) plastic tubing

• Fast response time of less than 100 ms

• Wetted materials: inert, biocompatible (glass, PEEK™, PTFE)

• Supply voltage: 5...12V
