High-Speed Label Detection Sensor LabelX Product Description:
The LabelX sensor features a compact focal size and fast response, enabling high-speed label detection. By distinguishing between gaps and labels, LabelX can detect a wide variety of adhesive labels with support for many different types of webs. The sensor responds quickly and can provide special precise detection of label edges. It provides a discrete output that can be connected to NPN and PNP operations. As needed, a PLC can monitor the discrete output signal status to indicate the presence of labels or gaps.
