ASDX series, digital output I2C address 0x78, amplified, absolute pressure, 30 psi, AC pressure port, 10% to 90% calibration, 5.0 Vdc power supply. ASDX is a silicon pressure sensor that provides I2C or SPI digital interface to provide pressure readings over a specified full-scale pressure span and temperature range.

The ASDX series uses an application-specific integrated circuit (ASIC) on the circuit board for full calibration and temperature compensation of sensor zero, sensitivity, temperature effects, and nonlinearity. The calibrated pressure output is updated at a rate of approximately 1 kHz.

The standard ASDX series is calibrated over a temperature range of 0°C to 85°C [32°F to 185°F]. This sensor features operation from a single 3.3 Vdc or 5.0 Vdc supply.

These sensors can be used to measure absolute, differential, and gauge pressures. Absolute pressure sensors use a vacuum pressure as an internal reference, and their output is proportional to absolute pressure. Differential pressure sensors allow pressurization on either side of the sensing diaphragm. Gauge pressure sensors reference atmospheric pressure and provide an output proportional to the difference from atmospheric pressure.

The ASDX series digital pressure sensors are intended for use with non-corrosive, non-ionic working fluids such as air and dry gases. All products are designed and manufactured in accordance with ISO 9001 standards.
