MSP300 Series Pressure SensorSets a new performance-to-price benchmark for low-cost, high-volume commercial and industrial applications. Suitable for gas and liquid pressure measurement, including sewage, steam, mildly corrosive liquids and gases.

The pressure cavity of the MSP300 is machined from a single piece of 17-4PH stainless steel, with a standard 1/4 NPT pressure port, all-metal sealed, leak-free. Due to no O-rings, no welds, and no direct contact with the measured media, the sensor's stability and durability are excellent.

MEAS's unique micro-fused technology originates from aerospace applications, using high-temperature glass to fuse micro-machined silicon piezoresistive strain gauges onto a stainless steel isolation diaphragm. The glass bonding process avoids the effects of temperature, humidity, mechanical fatigue, and media on adhesives and materials, thereby improving the sensor's long-term stability in industrial environments and avoiding the P-N junction effects seen in traditional micro-machining processes.

The product is especially suitable for medium and high-volume applications for OEM customers, and standard products can be widely used for various purposes. Meanwhile, to meet the requirements of batch applications, our engineering team is always ready to customize special products for customers.
