FMM20 electromechanical level system features:
FMM20 is an electromechanical level measurement system for light bulk solids such as wheat, plastic pellets, or powder. Based on the sensed weight, this device can measure in bins or silos, whether for mineral dust, fine-grained, or coarse-grained bulk solids.
Regardless of bulk solid characteristics, level measurement range up to 42 m
Accuracy of ±2.5 cm or ±1 pulse, thus accurately recording measured values
Process temperature up to 150°C
Micro transmitter, 0/4 - 20 mA current and additional programmable output signals (e.g., pulse counting)
Easy on-site operation via four-line plain text display with menu guidance
Fully digital fail-safe control with minimum risk, silo and full load bearing sensor weight, without worrying about mechanical interruptions or impact on conveying systems.
