Features of FMM50 electromechanical level measurement system:
FMM50 is an electromechanical level measurement system. Based on the sensed weight, this device can measure in silos or shafts, whether it is mineral dust, fine or coarse bulk products, or liquids in tanks.
The mechanical design and accessories of FMM50 allow measurement in working environments up to 230°C or up to 3 bar absolute pressure, or in extremely harsh environments such as acidic or corrosive gases.
Regardless of product characteristics, it can measure products up to 70 m.
Accuracy is ±5 cm or ±1 pulse, so level detection has high precision.
Micro transmitter, 0/4 - 20 mA output current, programmable signal output, e.g., pulse counter.
4-line text display with quick menu guides on-site operation.
Fully digital low-failure safety control; the silo fully bears the sensor's entire weight, without worrying about mechanical interruption or impact on the conveying system.
High-performance three-phase motor (traction force 500N) is converted to single-phase voltage via a frequency converter, providing uncomplicated power supply for the system.
This product is dust and explosion proof, suitable for use in areas with coal dust explosion hazard.
