Magnetic Rotary Encoder Chip - AME200

The AME200 is a new-generation magnetic encoder chip developed by Zhongke Alpha based on advanced AMR technology and high-performance, dedicated ASIC signal processors. The chip internally contains two pairs of differential Wheatstone bridges placed at 45° to each other, forming AMR sensor elements that sense the rotating magnetic field component in the X-Y plane of the chip. As the magnetic field angle changes, it outputs two sinusoidal voltage signals with a 90° phase difference. After amplification, compensation, and calculation by the subsequent dedicated circuit, the angle value is obtained. Finally, specific algorithms output ABZ signals, or UVW, PWM, SDI signals, which can be programmed (configured) and read for the current angle as needed. Users can select output modes and parameters according to their needs, specify them when ordering, or configure them via the I2C interface.
