Newly launched 24-bit high-resolution digital pressure sensorMS5607-02BA03, compared to previous MS5534/5540//5561, pressure resolution improved from 0.1mbar (1m) to 0.024mbar (20cm), temperature resolution from 0.01°C to 0.002°C, and conversion time from 35ms to 1ms. Measurement range expanded from 10-1100mbar to 10-1200mbar. Accuracy remains unchanged at +/-1.5mbar. Power consumption reduced from 4μA to 1μA. Both MS5534/5540 and MS5561 use 3-wire SPI for 16-bit signal transmission, while MS5607's 24-bit data can be transmitted via SPI or I2C.
