US MEAS Piezoelectric Film Sensor - SDT1-028K
SDT1-028K piezoelectric film sensor: The 'S' in SDT stands for 'shielded'. The SDT1 piezoelectric film sensor consists of a rectangular piezoelectric film element connected to a plastic housing and an 18-inch coaxial cable. The film element has silver paste screen-printed on both sides and is folded in half, forming a self-shielded active area, making it suitable for high EMI environments.
Product Introduction
I. Description of US MEAS Piezoelectric Film Sensor SDT1-028K:
The SDT1-028K piezoelectric film sensor: The 'S' in SDT stands for 'shielded'.
The SDT1 can be attached to other surfaces using double-sided tape, epoxy adhesive, or cyanoacrylate adhesive (super glue). Note that when removing the sensor, the double-sided tape may peel off the metal coating on the film.
When the SDT1 is attached to a surface in a certain way, it can serve as an excellent contact microphone and dynamic stress gauge. Its output signal can be directly received by an oscilloscope (preferably 10MΩ) or a signal analyzer.
