Product introduction
1. US MEAS silicon piezoresistive pressure sensor 27AND37 description:
Silicon piezoresistive pressure sensor27AND37 uses Measurement Specialties' proprietary UltraStable™ die to provide excellent performance over a wide temperature range and long-term stability. Gauge and differential pressure ranges from 0-15 to 0-250 psi are available. It uses laser-trimmed resistors to provide integral temperature compensation over the range of -20ºC to +85ºC. It also includes an additional laser-trimmed resistor to normalize pressure sensitivity variations by programming the gain of an external differential amplifier. This provides ±1% sensitivity interchangeability.
