Mini Backlight - WH5097D

The WH5097D is a 4-channel mini LED driver designed to drive 2D-backlight displays, supporting 12-bit PWM. With proper timing control, the WH5097D can achieve direct drive or scan-type drive methods. The device can provide up to 30 mA continuous current per channel. The WH5097D uses a proprietary interface protocol and self-addressing algorithm, allowing each WH5097D on the BLU (Backlight Unit) to be assigned an address to communicate with the backlight timing controller (BCON).Includes full protection, such as built-in LED open/short detection and thermal shutdown.
