Product Introduction
1. Introduction to RAIL Type UV Imager:
The RAIL Type UV Imager - Railway Detection System is a UV imaging system specifically designed for railway inspection, with high reliability and high sensitivity. RAIL is a very rugged system, equipped with anti-vibration monitoring functions, and can automatically detect corona and arcing at high speeds. Even for distant targets, RAIL can obtain high-resolution video output, clearly distinguishing defect discharges from background interference.
2. Features of RAIL Type UV Imager:
High-sensitivity UV light detector
Automatic corona detection
Automatic UV photon counter
Automatic focusing of UV and visible light channels
Customizable design according to user requirements
Automatic report generation
Complete and accurate positioning system
Report analysis software
Digital storage
High performance, suitable for high-speed detection
Sensitivity of 3×10-18 watt/cm2, capable of detecting distant targets even when the train is traveling at 300 km/h, detecting discharges without any image trailing, and without missing UV photon counts. The automatic UV photon counter can assess discharge intensity.
Automatic operation mode
Specifically designed for train inspection applications, fully automatic operation, no need for monitors or operators, suitable for any train.
Rugged and stable
Vibration monitoring and shock-absorbing components, suitable for collecting high-resolution inspection data on high-speed moving trains.
Reliable technology
The unique lens of RAIL provides high-resolution video data, accurately detecting distant discharges and arcing, and obtaining accurate results.
Data processing and recording
Detected discharges are recorded, automatically processed, and reports are generated, stored in DVD video format. Recorded data includes defect location, date, and time display.
User-oriented design
RAIL can be flexibly designed according to user needs, suitable for various application platforms.
