1. Pressure Sensor MS45xx Series Product Description
The pressure sensor MS45xx series is a compact ceramic substratePressure Sensorthat utilizes unique ultra-stable technology (MS4525/MS4525DO) and the latest CMOS sensor adjustment circuit. This series includes analog voltage (MS4515/MS4525) and digital (MS4515DO/MS4525DO) output options. The digital output uses I²C or SPI interfaces, with a pressure measurement resolution of 14 bits and a temperature measurement resolution of 11 bits. The sensor is calibrated and temperature compensated, with a total error of less than 1.0% over the compensated range. The MS45xx series operates on a single 3.3 or 5.0 Vdc supply and requires one external component. It offers side or top port options, multiple mounting configurations, and pressure ranges up to 30 inches of water (MS4515/MS4515DO) and 150 psi (MS4525/MS4525DO). The 1/8" barbed pressure ports mate with 3/32" ID tubing.
