The dissolved oxygen probe includes a cathode, an anode, and an electrolyte separated from the process fluid by an oxygen-permeable membrane. Oxygen passing through the membrane reacts with the cathode, releasing electrons and generating a current. Customers can connect the dissolved oxygen sensor to a PLC or other devices requiring a 4-20mA input signal. The DOMA transmitter is low-cost and simply packaged. Built-in electronic circuitry converts the sensor's millivolt signal to a 4-20mA signal. Two series are available: DOMA-10 (0-100% for 4-20mA) and DOMA-20 (0-200% for 4-20mA).
Requires a separate 12-36-V DC power supply (user-supplied) to power the DOMA.
