Modular pH sensor platform, S8000 series. All materials are made of corrosion-resistant RYTON (PPS engineering plastic), and all sealing materials are made of Viton (fluororubber), with strong corrosion resistance. Widely used in process technology and monitoring, papermaking, plastic chemical industry, calcination plants, water treatment, sewage, cooling water and other industries.

1. The S8000 series modular pH/ORP sensor is based on the proven flat surface self-cleaning technology, and on this basis, it adds multifunctional and flexible design. Customers only need to select the required parts to meet personalized installation or interface needs. More importantly, using the same electrode, it can be installed either by submersion or in-line (pipeline).
2. The reference system of the S8000 uses enhanced ERP technology, which prevents the reference system from reacting with silver or chlorine in environments with proteins, heavy metals, sulfide ions, etc., improving electrode life. ERP technology also prevents gel hot spot degradation in some high-temperature environments, greatly improving the accuracy of high-temperature pH measurement. All materials of the S8000 series are made of corrosion-resistant RYTON (PPS engineering plastic), and all sealing materials are made of Viton (fluororubber), with strong corrosion resistance.
3. The electrode can be added with an amplifier module, differential amplifier module, and 4-20mA output module.

Step 1: Select the appropriate electrode

All electrodes come with ERP reference system, heavy-duty solid gel, special TNC thread, PPS anti-chemical corrosion structure

Step 2: Selection of mounting components- Select applicable mounting components and interfaces
For existing S653 or S653TC cable assemblies, one EA890 adapter needs to be added.
For submersion installation (without ATC automatic temperature compensation), select EA891 adapter and one S853 cable assembly.
For in-line installation (without ATC automatic temperature compensation), select EA899 adapter and one S853 cable assembly.
For submersion or in-line installation with ATC automatic temperature compensation, select EA899TC (choose compatible TC temperature measurement component) and one S855 cable assembly.

Step 3: Optional electrical modules(Not required for direct electrode connection)
