Product Introduction
1. UV Photodetector TOCON_ABC10 Product Description:
The TOCON is a 5V-powered UV photodetector with an integrated amplifier that converts UV radiation into a 0~5V voltage output. The output voltage pin of the TOCON can be directly connected to a controller, voltmeter, or other data analysis devices with voltage input. Highly modern electronic components and a sealed metal housing with a UV glass window eliminate noise or electromagnetic interference caused by parasitic resistance paths within the package. For various industrial UV sensing applications, the TOCON is an excellent solution, from flame detection at pW/cm² levels to UV curing lamp control at W/cm² levels. Ten different TOCONs cover this 13-order-of-magnitude range with varying sensitivities. TOCONs are manufactured as broadband UV sensors or with filters for selective measurement.
2. SiC Detector Chip Inside UV Photodetector TOCON_ABC10
In harsh environments and extremely low or high UV radiation, precision electronics make the TOCON a reliable component. However, the SiC detector chip produced internally by sglux makes the TOCON a permanent quasi-sensor, characterized by strong radiation resistance as reported by PTB.
