The FSP2000 series digital dual pressure sensor is manufactured using our self-developedMEMS flow sensing technology and chip packaging technology,providing a unique combined output of differential pressure and gauge pressure.The FSP2000 has high integration and compact size, suitable for measurement and control in CPAP systems(Continuous Positive Airway Pressure systems). The current trend in CPAP systemsis miniaturization. The differential pressure sensor in the FSP2000 can be used for flowmeasurement, while the gauge pressure sensor provides the necessary pressurefeedback for the CPAP system.
