Product Introduction
Turbidity Sensor AR-TS-300B Description:
Turbidity is caused by suspended particles in water, which diffusely reflect incident light. Typically, scattered light at a 90-degree angle is used as the test signal. Since the scattered light and turbidity follow a multi-segment linear relationship, and changes in light source intensity and temperature can affect the accuracy of measurement results, after multiple experimental studies and theoretical calculations, it was found that the ratio of scattered light to transmitted light has a linear relationship with turbidity.
The turbidity sensor is a low-cost sensor specifically designed for home appliances. It uses the ratio of scattered light to transmitted light instead of pure scattered light to measure turbidity, improving the sensor's accuracy and reliability, simplifying maintenance, and enhancing anti-fouling performance.
It is mainly used to measure the degree of water turbidity in products such as washing machines and dishwashers. By converting the water turbidity into a 0-5V analog voltage output to indicate the cleanliness of the items being washed, it enables intelligent washing.
