MS3111D is a low-voltage 5V DC motor driver chip, designed for cameras,cameras, consumer products, toys, and other low-voltage or battery-powered motion controland other motion control applications.MS3111D can provide an output current of up to 0.8A. It can operate atOperating at a power supply voltage of 1.8~6V.MS3111D features a PWM (IN/IN) input interface, compatible with industry-standard devices,and includes protection functions such as over-temperature protection.
