The output driver stage consists of N-channel DMOScomposed of driver tubes, with a built-in charge pump to generate the required gate voltage.MS8838 can deliver up to 1A of output current. It can operate atMotor power supply voltage of 1.8V~12V, and logic power supply voltage of 2V~7Von.MS8838 features a PWM (PH/EN) input interface, compatible with industry-standard devicescapacity.
