Product Introduction

Digital temperature sensor chips - MY18E20, MY18E20-15, MY1820, MY1820-15YesDigital-analog mixed-signal temperature sensing chip, relativelyHighTemperature measurement accuracy is ±0.5°C in the range of -10°C to +85°C, users do not need tofor calibration. Among them, MY18E20 and MY1820 are 500mstemperature measurement; MY18E20-15 and MY1820-15 are 15ms fasttemperature measurement.

The temperature sensing principle of the temperature chip is based on the relationship between CMOS semiconductor PN junction temperature andThe characteristic relationship of bandgap voltage, after small-signal amplification, analog-to-digital conversion,Digital calibration and compensation, then digital bus output, with high accuracy, goodGood consistency, low power consumption, flexible programmable configuration, long lifespan, etc.

The temperature chip has a built-in 14-bit ADC, resolution 0.0125°C, defaultFactory configured with 12-bit ADC, operating range -55°C to +125°C.The chips undergo 100% testing and calibration before leaving the factory, based on temperature errorfit calibration coefficients based on error characteristics, and the chip internally performs automatic compensationcompensation calculation. To simplify system applications, the chip's ID search, temperature measurementdata memory access, function configuration, etc., are all based on the digital single-bus protocolcommands, the host microprocessor only needs one GPIO port tofor read and write access. The single-bus communication interface uses a shared databus to achieve a low-cost solution for multi-node sensing collection and networking,Long transmission distance, supports many nodes, convenient for spatially distributed sensingnetworking.relativelySupports up to 100 nodes, 100 to 500 meters longtemperature measurement nodes connected in series for networking.

The chip has built-in non-volatileE2PROMstorage unit, used to save the chipChip ID number, high/low temperature alarm thresholds, temperature calibration correction values, and userUser-defined information, such as sensor node number, location information, etc.
