SFC3000 Gas Mass Flow Controller Product Description       

The SFC3000 gas mass flow controller provides fast and precise gas flow control over a very wide range. Its high accuracy and fast stabilization time are mainly attributed to CMOSens® technology. The digitally calibrated and temperature-compensated sensor signal is directly converted into a digital signal to control the valve.

The SFC3000 gas mass flow controller is a compact, fully digital mass flow controller suitable for high-volume OEM applications. Its excellent stability and repeatability make it ideal for analytical instruments. Different gas types and control ranges can be calibrated and switched via software.
