Product introduction
AH543 is a Hall switch sensor designed based on BCDMOS technology. The sensor includes a temperature-compensated Hall element, dynamic offset cancellation amplifier, comparator, and output stage. The chip provides current output. The comparator compares the actual magnetic flux with a fixed reference value (switch point) to control the current of the output MOSFET. Active offset compensation produces magnetic characteristics with specific temperature coefficients at various supply voltages. Additionally, mechanical stress has minimal impact on magnetic parameters.
This series of sensor chips is suitable for industrial environments and automotive applications, with an ambient temperature range of -40°C to 150°C and a supply voltage range of 3.0V to 30V. AH543 is available in three package types: TO92S, SOT23 (small), and SOT23-3L, all RoHS compliant and AEC-Q100 certified.
