Product Introduction

AH511 is a high sensitivity unipolar Hall switch chip designed based on BCDMOS technology. The chip includes temperature compensation, a comparator, and an output driver. In addition, mechanical stress has minimal impact on the chip's magnetic parameters.

This series of chip sensors is suitable for industrial environments and automotive applications, with an ambient temperature range of -40°C to 150°C and a supply voltage range of 2.7V to 30V. AH511 is available in three package types: TO92S, SOT23 (small), and SOT23-3L, all of which are RoHS compliant and have passed AEC-Q100 certification.
