Product introduction
AH542 is a Hall switch sensor designed based on BCDMOS technology. The sensor includes a temperature-compensated Hall element, dynamic offset cancellation amplifier, comparator, and output stage. The chip has a current output. The comparator compares the actual magnetic flux with a fixed reference value (switching point) to control the current of the output MOSFET. Active offset compensation produces magnetic characteristics with specific temperature coefficients at various supply voltages. In addition, mechanical stress has minimal effect on magnetic parameters.
This series of chip sensors is suitable for industrial environments and automotive applications, with an ambient temperature range of -40°C to 150°C and a supply voltage range of 3.0V to 30V. AH542 is available in three package types: TO92S, SOT23 (small), and SOT23-3L, all RoHS compliant, and the product has passed AEC-Q100 certification.
